Fitness Challenge Day 2: Swimming

On the agenda today is to get back in the pool and do some swimming, so I went for a swim before uni at 7.30am. Luckily I managed to get the bulk of my set out of the way before my lane got too crowded!

Swim Set


Warm Up: 


300m Freestyle (F/C)
200m Backstroke (B/K)
100m F/C

Main Set:

10 x 100m F/C on 15 seconds (s) rest - Extra 15s after 5th 100m

100m easy Breaststroke (B/R)

8 x 50m BR on 15s rest

200m F/C swim with hand paddles

Swim Down:

200m easy swim

Total Distance: 2500m
