Just a short workout today as I'm struggling for time with exam revision, but useful to see if there is any strength improvement in my weighted pull ups.

20 x Arm swings (forward +back)
10 x Hand release press ups

Weighted pull up -
6 @ 10kg
4 @ 15kg
3 @ 20kg
2 @ 22.5kg
1 @ 25kg
1 @ 27.5kg
1 @ 27.5kg

Nice strength work mate! You always seem to be strong on the pull ups, even after all the weights training i'm not far ahead of you! Which way was your grip on the pull ups?
ReplyDeleteCheers mate, its come on quite a way, hopefully should be over 30kgs soon, PR of 29kgs at the start of the year to beat! Wide grip for all of them. You doing the open workouts?
